He Develop user manuals, as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols, also developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware. He also manages the operations and has 7 years of IT support and server knowledge, as well as 3 to 4 years of experience with IT equipment.
2. He is expert in business support, windows server. windows active directory and Vpn.
3. He worked on a project for his previous job in 2008 that involved data migration, an operation project, and server upgrades. The server had a active directory as well as some practical applications. He mostly merely performs some field changing for his firewall experience.
