- He is currently working in XXX it is under XXX HK Ltd., he is the IT supervisor and handling the whole APAC team and he is the only IT guy in his current company.
- His been working with the salesforce platform for a decade now. He has a lot of certificates that prove his expertise on this platform. He can implement, integrate, and execute good plans depending on the client’s requirements.
- One of his major projects with the salesforce platform was when they have the HK IT vendor, he helps them to implement CRM, integrate the quotation, and do teaching documents for the sales presentation. He needs to make sure that all the processes were on the platform for management to check and monitor them easily.
- He also has experience in the Odoo platform, but the project is a small scale, but still, he knows how it works. He has good experience with how the Sales lifecycle runs.
- He is kind of a B.A/Developer role, as he can translate business requirements to technical terms and execute solutions based on the needs of the clients. In terms of the Salesforce Order Management System, he knows how to design, implement and use it.
