Job role in XXXX is IT Support Application Analyst and QA Analyst with extensive knowledge in manual testing. Experienced in performing functional regression, low testing, and developing a test plan, test cases, test scenarios, and automation development. Possessed excellent analytics skills and is a team player. Also, perform troubleshooting, create tickets, and summarize issues based on urgency and priority. Manage vendor, stakeholder, and escalation management.
She has also worked in XXXX as a UAT Test Lead involved in the plan and execution functionalities of CSMS and CAS application, also a CAS Admin. Raised defects of JIRA and involved in working agile and working closely with scrum master.
