Currently working as an IT Support responsible for the support of the operation of the cases to monitor the daily scheduled task, deployment of system and application changes, and liaise with the development teams and vendors to implement solutions to production problems.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She specializes in writing scripts using the bash language and rates herself 4 out of 5. She performed the extraction of the data from the server and connect the SQL database. She provides level 2 support with her current company. She added that she has no experience in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, InfoPath, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Flow, Forms, and Lists. Has no exposure to configuring workflows, triggers, approval policies and gates, access control, as well as third-party apps like Nintex, Crystal Reports, Qdabra, Qlik, and Tableau. She added she knows the basic knowledge of SQL.
