- From the internship and the part-time role, there are different kinds of IT aspects that he is involved with. And as a final student, he is working on his final project, and some of the IT support will enrich his IT knowledge in this kind of aspect since he has to know more about it. He participates in different kinds of companies, like XXX, etc. So those of the company provide him with a wide spectrum of experience. He cooperates with different projects and the delivery support team, for example, with the maintainers of the wifi, the software api, the application software maintenance, etc. and also the Office 365 and similar to that. So he thinks as an IT engineer.
2. He is good at helpdesk support and is also taking up some certifications in networking and infrastructure. He is creating his own platform and learning some IT engineering skills.
3. From his past experience, he knows how to communicate and have interpersonal skills with the end users since they have to tackle the daily support problems. Also, he is an outgoing person; he loves to talk to people; he knows how to communicate with them and knows more about them so they can provide a better solution to different kinds of end users or clients.
