1. He has a diploma in information technology. He has four years of working experience in this field. He began as a network technician, designing network cables, installing and configuring dynamic software, and maintaining them, before transitioning to IT technical support specialist, one at a time.So he helps XXX customers. Customers will call them if they have any IT-related issues, such as wifi or internet-related issues. For example, if the customer's home wifi cannot connect to the laptop, what they do is check from their system to see if the modem is on, then ask the user to connect to other devices and ask to do the street connection to the user's landline .If the modem problem necessitates escalation of the ticket to the backend team, they will follow up on the ticket.
2. He is expert in windows, troubleshooting, networking, and it support stuffs.
3. He previously worked as an IT support engineer as a L1 and L2 support .So his job is usually to address any issues with software, network printers, hardware, and so on, such as when a user has a problem with the battery, so they replace the battery for them. They uninstall, install, configure, and some software has a silver license, so they assist the user in setting up the product license on the product server.
