- She was working in XXX as Executive Officer as she became an assistant Project manager for the deployment of their new IRIS systems. A system that will help their university to manage and record research activities and scholarly profiles, as well as to facilitate the formulation and evaluation of data-driven strategies.
- She left her last company because when the project was done, the university wants her to go back to administrative task, but she wants more technical role, that is why she decided to leave and find more junior technical roles.
- In XXX she Supported the Hong Kong office (70+ users), Beijing & Shanghai (30+ users) and Singapore (20+ users), in onboard training and daily incidents + enquiries. She also provides desk-side training remotely if it is needed.
- She has a knowledge on using Active Directory as she is able to use this for managing user’s credentials and creating some group policy. When she was in XXX she provided in-depth, advanced and comprehensive troubleshooting and resolution for computer issues, in a calm, patient and professional manner.
