- Currently working in an international school as an ICT technician, he works on the network infrastructure as well, like maintaining devices and doing some network administration work like monitoring the firewall. His day-to-day is doing some first-tier and second-tier works, sometimes handling some minor things like dealing with teachers and student problems, and also troubleshooting simple problems and setting up things like IP and printing. He's monitoring the network traffic in school and ensuring the overall smoothness of the network.
2. He is an expert in troubleshooting, communication skills, networking, and IT support.
- Previously, he worked as a customer engineer. He handles the task and troubleshoots the issues for about 1000 end users and also does some networking.
4. He knows how to set up some file sharing systems. They establish a tunnel and enable file sharing. He is self-taught in IT and currently getting a CCNA certification.
