- He has worked in the IT industry for 3+ years and has handled IT support for over 200+ users. He is familiar in supporting AYERS Application a trading platform where he provided back and front-end support.
- He prefers to work in hardware and software and troubleshooting and 80% is troubleshooting. He has 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting. Would rate himself 7 out of 10 in providing IT Support Tier 1 and Tier 2. He has done troubleshooting when internet is lost and when they have hardware problem with peripherals and for the settings and connection and software installation and hardware installation and online meetings software support such as MS teams.
