1. She worked for IT companies and worked for a few IT companies back in XXX. So her first company was XXX, where she worked as a help desk associate. And her job was to do the troubleshooting on the hardware issues and run the upgrades, do the testing, and a lot of other stuff. And after that, she got an opportunity to move to work for a healthcare company called XXX, where her job was to train the physicians in the XXX and also in XXX. Her job was to teach them the software, run the front end of the software, and also do the testing of the new upgrade. After that, she married and moved to XXX, where her first company was executing homes, where she worked as a database administrator. Her role was to upload the properties for them on their database and also upload a lot of content, but then there wasn't much opportunity to grow. She tried looking for other IT jobs, but being a non-Chinese speaker made it hard for her to get into them. And then she had a passion for teaching as well, and she was told by one of her teachers to start teaching, so she started working as a teacher,
2. She is an expert in SQL, PQS, troubleshooting, and software programs.
3. She has got 12 years of IT support experience. So for 8 years, she worked as an IT help desk associate, and then she moved to work as a trainer for some company. She used to teach the physicians about how software works, how upgrades happen, how you have to do the testing, what the system errors or system falls were, etc.
