He is currently working as an IT Support Specialist at XXXX where he provided technical support for hardware, software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Before that, he was an IT Engineer for XXXX where he provided L1 & L2 support to both staff and management. First job was with XXXX as an IT Engineer where he worked with the executive team and CEO closely with different tasks in their company.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be PC Building, Networking, and Window Server Administration. He’s been using these technologies since roughly the start of his career and even before that. Rates himself a 3 out of 5 in these skills.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has about 8 years of experience in the IT Technical Support and has experience with talking to clients/users which is somewhat similar to what customer service officers do. Familiar with sound systems since he is an audio/visual engineer and has worked on audio setup and maintenance before. Can work independently and in a dynamic environment.
