- An IT Support with almost 16 years of experience giving support in Desktop, System and Network issues. In his current company he is supporting 100 end users alone in different clients. He handles the client’s IT issues, he also manages the server, server’s back up and he is conducting consultation for some of the IT projects that their company has.
- Supporting Windows Server is the strongest asset in his career he even rate himself 4/5 on this aspects, because all of his clients is using Windows Server so some of his duties are assist managing AD and do some group policies in it. He is able to do desktop update and set it up in Centralized Windows Server. He rated himself 4/5 in Networking since he has an experience in his previous and current company setting up network tools, such as cisco switching and routing.
- He also had a Web Base Email support experience. He gives access to the VIP users and some of the local user. He’s in charge in creating new credentials, managing all accounts and email groups, back-end email sourcing and he also do some checking of suspicious email, like spam mails and phishing mails for security.
