- He handles all the IT issues like the WIFI, basic troubleshooting for every users, they don’t have any server but mostly using google cloud servers to control the users. He is strongest in troubleshooting and server support. He has 7 years of experience in troubleshooting. He will do support to locate the issue before escalating, besides the google server they also use Jira as the ticketing system.
- He has done a project to help a bank downsize the company and create a business in HK. Another project is to roll-out a CISCO phone.
- In his current job, they are using cross platform products. The engineering team uses MacBook and iPhone while the other users use windows based. He has experience in supporting apple products in his previous and current job.
