- An experienced First and Second level of support with wide knowledge of network and system support and love to learn new things and he can quickly understand and learned new things so changes is one his friends, he can adjust quickly. In his recent job he supported over 200 users.
- He has an extensive knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software, he even rate himself as 4 over 5. Sometimes his line manager give him a task to do some IT reports, that is not in his job assignment but he is delighted to do it because he wants to learn new things.
- He also had an experience doing AD, DNS, group policy and Email servers. He’s able to implement IT projects such as server power maintenances, mobile phone refresh a Mobile Device Management migration from Mobile Iron to AirWatch and data center/office moves.
