1. He's been working in the IT field for around XXX and is mainly focused on IT help desk support and technical engineering. His recent experience was at XXX. It is one of the top 10 cryptocurrency exchanges in the world. So his job was to handle level one and level two tickets, help the end users look after them, and deploy the machines onboard and offboard to the users. They are mainly using XXX and XXX as XXX tools to deploy the machines to users. They also worked remotely, mainly assisting XXX, XXX, the XXX, etc.
2. He is an expert in help desks, troubleshooting, etc.
3. They had about 50 users in XXX and around 200 users remotely. So his main job was to onboard some incidents; they have to help the users and also look after the office whenever there's any incident or any user requires the help, and, uh,
4. After his contract ended, he worked there for about XXX years, and last October his contract ended. So after that he was working as a freelance in XXX in XXX. Replacing one of the PO systems from their stalls to the new location and also installing a new PS at the new location.
