1. Currently working full-time as a help desk it technical support. He done a little bit of networking, but he's true passion is to help end users and that's why he's kind of in a desktop support role. So primarily he's providing in-house IT support from, software, hardware, networking and main focus is not just troubleshooting the issue, but also heavy emphasis on customer service. He's familiar with different ticketing systems and understanding the importance of different SLAs and KPIs
2. He is expert in troubleshooting, basic networking, microsoft, ticketing, communication and etc.
3. He is also familiar working with different engineering teams. If they need to have like an issue with Microsoft Exchange or something, he will collaborate with other teams as well. He is kind of a hybrid work environment where he do work home and in the office.
