He recently I worked in a company which is XXX XXX Network services under the employment of XXX Technology Limited and worked as a PC support and his main responsibilities is to handle the end users PC problems and hands on hardware setup. He also participated in projects like large scale hardware disposal and the inventory updating for the hardware, and sometimes would install server hardware with the team but limited to server hardware installation and not the server main administration, but on the support side. He also had an experience working in the banking industry and di support but mainly focusing on the migration of the windows 7 to windows 10.

He is experienced in Windows 10 and previously support Windows 7 and with the configuration of the system and do some troubleshooting of some common issues and solve it as well as the hardware issues.
