He graduated in 2006 and started his career working for the XXXXX He helps generate and maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly reports by using MS Access, MS Excel and MSSQL and he also does data extraction and worked for 7 years. He then moved to Global Beauty International Management Ltd. and worked as a a Database Administrator and helps develop and maintain all the database of the company for all regions and then he was promoted as Assistant MIS Manager and handled team from all over Asia such as Vietnam, Thailand etc.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has a good product management and leadership skills. He is also very knowledgeable in using HTML, JavaScript, VB.Net, PHP, ASP, JSP, MSSQL, MYSQL, MS Navision and also in using Windows 10 / 7 / XP / Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016 / VMWare/ VEEAM.
- In his previous job he has helped manage and coordinate with system developers for application development and enhancement projects and follow IT standards for implementations. He also took the lead of feasibility study and implementation of IT projects, and participate in gathering requirements of operations system
- In his time working as the Group IT Director, he is directly in-charge of the IT Teams in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. He also oversees all IT related such as purchasing and budget usage at the group level. But before he was promoted to that role he has also worked as the Group IT Manager in which he reviews the company's allotted IT budget, assesses requirements for equipment, software and hardware and incorporates the needs of all departments that interact with the IT division.
