She is currently working in a startup as the only developer. It is a food delivery platform similar to food delivery applications

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She is strongest in Angular, ionic, React, Flutter and MySQL. Would rate herself 5 out of 5 in Angular, Ionic, 4 out of 5 in ReactJS, 3 out of 5 in Flutter.
She has done web app for Angular, XXX, XXX: Food Delivery apps for Ionic, admin panel for both platforms in React, and Kitchen notification app for the platforms using Flutter. She has done a web application project and mobile application and have 2 applications 1 is in HK and Canada but the app itself is synced, the business model is very similar to XXXX so the user can use the location and see the menu, place order and make payment.

Do you have experience with Java and NodeJS? She has experience in NestJS and integrated NodeJS, her current application uses 5 MySQL and in 3 Java, a native app for android. It was during her internship at a bank, who provides SDk, it is hybrid but the security should have been implemented on the code.
