- Currently he is working in a Japanese Company XXX., as IT technician. He is responsible in every IT hardware like Computer equipment, CCTV, cables, and some software issues.
- He is expose in Linux and Windows environments and some daily maintenance tools. He doesn’t have dept experience with the Active Directory, but he has experience in doing some group policy.
- He usually maintains network security using tools and devices. He is also focusing on desktop assemble, maintain printers, modem switches and other hardware devices. For software more on set up applications and system installation.
- The common issue that he is resolving are connection issues. So what he will be doing is IP config, check If there’s some POE connect or not because sometimes the switch POE has low voltage.
