He was the Key Account Manager and does Channel Management jobs and they provide surveillance technology and works with partners and he was responsible in managing the Channels (SI's) and takes care of the distribution clients and revolves around and set the target for the Key Account. Basically, he approaches the end users and they do co-sale model and make sure that their partners are spending enough money to their products.

  1. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?

For the skillsets, he has a strong channel management background and based on his performance on the last fiscal year he helped the company to catch up with the entire annual financial plan that was set a year before and made sure that target is met. He is also strong in problem solving and chain management and is something that he as Sales person and can be adaptive in new technologies.

  1. As the Key Account Manager, he makes sure that the customers are happy with their service and provide solutions to the issues and the SI partners. He has also effectively managed the deal lifecycle; has cultivated sound liaison skills to engage both internal and external customers, and offered extensive coverage from pipeline management, deal negotiation, deal closing and post-purchase engagement activities.
He is also really good in Client and Customer Engagements. He is also good in maintaining long term relationship and during his tenure with his previous jobs because the role is more on Channel Management and he understood so much more.
