Has over 15 years of expertise in the IT industry, specializing in security solutions, particularly SIEM. Working as a Lead Engineer for X, his responsibilities include responding to information security incidents, minimizing potential damage, security awareness, architecture design, implementation, and monitoring processes, as well as developing IT policies based on the ISO 27001 framework.
Previously worked as Chief Information Security Officer for X, an e-commerce company, where he was responsible for developing IT policies based on the ISO 27001 PCI DSS framework, planning system upgrades, and implementing strategic plans to address system concerns.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in network security management, with accomplishments including implementing SIEM solutions for internal use and service delivery, upgrading and migrating company-wide PAM solutions, and rating himself 4 out of 5.
His successful project in Office 365 was implementing a group-wide email migration across Office 365 tenants for the HK region and rated himself 4 out of 5.
With his present employer, he supports roughly 300 end-users for the application system, while with his prior company, he supported around 1K people. Has extensive Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Office365, DHCP, and DNS knowledge. System migration, data center transfer, and configuration management processes are some of his successful projects.
