1. He is supporting the 60+ users in his current company and he can provide best solution in a critical issue. Right now he is supporting network and troubleshooting, but basic, not at level 2 or 3. Setting up Firewall is simply basic for him he also does maintenance, adding and removing rules.
2. He is expert in his office 365, windows 10, active Directory, networking and troubleshooting hardware and software.
3. In his previous company he use AD for creating group accounts, setting up passwords, creating new credentials and so on. He also has an experience in supporting Desktop and Application issues.
