He has been working in his current company and worked as a Management consultant and his role as a Business Development Manager is to create some entertaining proposals for the property developers in HK and help promote festive season campaigns. His target is to achieve a GP (Sales Profit of 1.2M HKD).
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He thinks his top skills is strategic planning and is very motivated by having a long-term mission/vision and he also loves laying out his plans for complex projects. He also loves to connect with different stakeholders and find a way everyone happy in a deal, each project he worked on involved different stakeholders and he makes sure that he can provide the best deal as best as he can.
- He also used to be a Management Consultant and he has a strong belief that he can also lead a team and help them with their personal development and he was also an Executive Coach.
Digital Marketing- In his PM role he has managed paid exhibitions where they do paid promotions and digital marketing and manages 2 internal colleague and involve a vendor for a Social Media promotion in Facebook, IG, Twitter etc. and he comes up with the video and photo feature to constantly engage their target audience and to engage them to help buy the ticket and visit the exhibition. |
