1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started as a game programmer in XXXX, using C and then C++ and at that time, they were working just programming but also gamed design, so he got to learn new group projects and all kind of things and he was a game consultant at XXXXand then joined diff companies as software engineering all the way until 2008. It was on his PM role, was quite an exp and then later on joined management several roles. The most hectic was with XXXX, working on Chinese interactive learning game and help them out with Pm issues as they did not have one and the boss was looking at that team and then they had another team and he took on another role as BDM, proposals along with core team issues, stylish print projects as the end of the day, too much work on limited resources and after was his first role in mobile programming. A travelling app, download some coupons for the travels. He talked to everyone involved to find out what went wrong and fortunately finished on time

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He started a s a programmer, and express in a more structural way, tilt the project in the right direction such as in XXXX, the atmosphere was different it was kind of like a project group he had to be more well structured and work on and believe he got to make sure on the project and well developed, the communication skills and character

3. Do you have PM experience?
   He has 14 years of exp in PM since 2008, mostly with waterfall and the last was in Agile and Scrum. A project he has done was the game competition, he was featured on the news paper, talked to different people, share his stories and guide them on how to manage their programs as a consultant, helped them PM their programs, organize and overlook the constructions and later on in the opening day it went great
   Previously, one of his task was to maintain and update the website, work on some of the JS, to update their function, some animations, had to develop and make sure it is running properly and people would come to the restaurant based on booking
