Has experience in user management and IT Infrastructure, he is now looking for a move to a more stable company to further his career and provide financial. His previous company is Caton is a star-up company and has been around for 4-5 years and they are a software applications company which provides streaming website and has clients from all over Asia., he oversees their Project Management/IT Support team. He performs IT Support for some of the customers.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Has a strong experience in Networking most specifically with Cisco, Juniper, Draytek, Ubiquiti, Edge Core. He is the one who decides with the enhancements of the networking structures of the companies he has worked on. He also possesses a strong knowledge in Network Management using HP OpenView, WhatsUp Gold, Nagios, Cacti, PRTG and Zabbix. He also reaches out to his team with any problems that may occur with the Network and System issues and helps resolves those issues as fast as possible.
- He has supervised the post-sales support team (7 subordinates) and the services delivery team (2 subordinates) in Asia Pacific, to designed and standardized the workflows and frameworks of project management, services delivery and support services for regional teams in IP Broadcast services delivery, as well as to ensure the deliverables fulfil SLAs and customer satisfaction
- He has experience working in the Manufacturing industry and in merchandising industries as well. He also has extensive experience in setting up and maintaining IT Service Delivery, including Service Desk, NOC, End User technology and support. He was once in charge of the service desk teams in his previous jobs. He has also worked as IT Service Delivery Manager and has handled various projects and IT inquiries for the companies.
