Interview Assessment Notes 

1. He is the Pm who will take over the implementation of the project and during the HK travel agency, deployed a lot of SAP platforms, experience in delivering the SAP module for XXXX and many other travel agents. He has ASP experience, concurrence module, used by middle east agents, and has also deployed the ERP system. During his past 5 to 7 years of Project Manager experience, over 70% of the project was on Agile scrum methodology, previously he was in charge of the Product management, in our e-commerce portal, about 2 million USD in the 1st development, relied on Agile methodology to deliver the platform and manage in-house developer and out-source vendor on the management side and for the technical side, has handled many of the cloud projects, the traditional database such as MYSQL or SQL, migrating to Alicloud for HK and Taiwan. Experienced to deploy cloud solutions using AWS and have also have used docker technology.
2. Would say his strongest is managing people as a Project Manager, have to talk with different levels of people such as top management and also operations level, different level users, consolidate the requirements and come back with a neutral solution and also strong in some sort of IT security project, managed to help the company with the PCI compliance and also in last year after he joined the XXXX, helped get the compliance of PCI.
