Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
In his current company he is managing 2 teams, 1 is for the technical team which does robotic solutions since in his current company, they are selling robots and doing some of the controlling system on how those robots can move etc. other than that, they also develop applications which is mainly for the Microsoft platforms. They also do some Sharepoint projects for the internal and external customers. The other team he also handles in the business teams which is consist of 6 people. He said that 95-99% of the solutions in their company, they get it to the outside vendors and his team needs to manage the vendors and find a suitable solution for their customers. In his previous job, he managed the ecommerce backend and he is mainly using the dynamics 365 and he is the one talking personally to the vendors because he is the one who have a knowledge with the ERP and ha have managed all the integrations and he also said that they face some issues with regards to the performance so the vendors is affected but he managed to find solutions on that. Most of his project he have worked as a PM or application consultant and since he also have some technical background he can also manage that.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He does have a strong skills in ERP and mainly using the Dynamics 365, he also added that he have some experience in using the Google cloud and use that in his previous jobs.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He have an experience in project management for more than 10 years now and have an extensive and strong background in D365. He also have some experience in using Power BI for more than a year when he was dealing on his tetra projects and with hands-on experience as well in coding and system configuration.
