He was the IT Director of XXXX, do digital transformation in APAC, in the POS system and data warehouse and the 2 major projects where they wanted to digitalize the whole process especially in CN and HK, so they started the revamp of the whole data warehouse, such as POS and CRM, make sure the project is able to handle and discuss with the whole team, take care of the other projects such as the whole system, update for AX to O365, integrating with the local system, all of the data architecture needed to be redesigned due to the revamp and also process engineering such as ERP solutions, Backoffice retail and wholesale, end-to-end system, manufacturing process planning and procurement and for the whole ERP solution, process improvement, focusing on digital enablement, frontline and digitalizing the channel.
