Could you tell me about you? Your current and most recent jobs and employers?
He just resigned from XXXX and looking for a new job. He worked over 15 years for IT related position, as Programmer developer, then as System Analyst, then to senior role, or department head. Over 5 years of team management experience, manage the projects, and vendors, the communication and the operation with the team members and other teams. He also has plenty of experience in VB5, VB6, C#.Net and the projects were on and off with different programming languages and has around 15 years of VB.Net exp, over 5 to 7 years of exp in Java and also involve in dataset and administration. He has worked with MySQL extensively as well.

What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
He has many project experiences and tech experience. He started to manage people in Jardine, reporting to the PM and the team size is about 10 people and worked as global IT, at that role, worked in the development team. He was more focused on Project management, a one man band for the Project based, manage the projects and vendors, manage the programmer of the vendor to fulfil the requirements and the schedule. Starting from 2013, he has been involved in some PM tasks since he worked in the labour department and then learned many PM aspect to take over like the resource planning, schedule planning, to take care or cooperate with the vendor and implementation, to ensure the security.
