He has more than 7 years of exp in service delivery including IT service and development service and manage the service provided by the vendors as well.
A project he has done in XXXX, he is the IT consultant, to manage the central dealing project so that the different team in different region can consolidate and centralize in Singapore or central dealing team and manage the task and then to work in different kinds of data and consolidate into central dealing desk and data base.
