Interview Assessment Notes 

1. Has been working in XXXX, as a Project Manager, in charge of all of the e-commerce projects, using salesforce, commerce cloud and Magento, some of the clients are in Korea, HK and China and very different industries such as XXXX, for the museum e-shop and did a few project for a client in Singapore and they are basically using the Magento cloud and build the websites, for Singapore and Malaysia market, and has been doing that for almost 5 years, and doing projects for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.
2. He has been a Project Manager for over 15 years, strongest is Project Management, many different projects, with helpdesk engineers, providing technical support and have done many different projects but in the last few years e-commerce related such as CRM.
3. He also has experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud as one of the two the solutions solutions mainly used is Magento and with almost 5 years of experience in the e-commerce Industry in his current position
4. He has done a project for the XXXX, probably the biggest one, using Magento, did it 2 to 3 years and still doing maintenance, he flew to Singapore to host a workshop and review requirements and suggestions for the user requirements and functional specifications.
