He is in charge of a business development and technical sales team and does technical support for the products and services he has been given. Mr Tam has all the practical experience and background knowledge in the building and construction industry. His strength include but not limit to business communications, people management and making business presentation to lead high potential prospects. He is capable of dealing with difficult to deal with customers from Procurement or Operating or Project Manager to the top management people as well like CEO.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has strong language skills and can speak with varying business society people for example Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, and other countries in APAC Region. He also knows how to communicate well with internal and external customers. His practical working experience is in the supporting and coordinating technical business activities. One of his major job responsibilities is to tackle the hard-to-solve technical problems.
- He has been involved in the construction projects over 10 years, meaning he has to work with different people or customers of choice. He also has to coach an internal team how to work effectively and efficiently; and to make sure that documents and materials would be delivered on time. The sample testing has been conducted properly and on time. These sample testing has to been carried out up to the clients’ highest quality standard. As a consequence, the projects will be run smoothly and successfully. The industrial standard and requirements have been met.
4. The buyer and the seller would negotiate the prices from time to time; and he would make sure that he knows what the buyers/sellers wants, and he plays a role in making both sides to have total satisfaction. He has run a project that started from scratch, he helps owner of this project to do fund raising, and he is responsible for creating a perfect pitch so that the investors and stockholders can take initiatives to invest. |
