1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She was a marketing manager, where she’s supporting company’s overall marketing strategy and B2B activities such as strategic partnership, event planning, detail marketing, SEM and SEO, social media, EDM, planning to their content generation. In the marketing field, she has been working there for seven or eight years and before that she was a reporter after her graduation. She knows this position is about business development or sales manager role. She doesn’t have much experience on those roles but in her previous role in XXXX, she works closely with the sales team, and they were meeting a lot of clients. When they develop the partnership, she has a lot of responsibilities like she is in charge of that event. They are providing digital solutions and some subsidiary solutions for the companies in the construction or utility sectors. 
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She specializes in communication because she was a reporter before joining the marketing field. She thinks communication is one of her strengths because she knows how to deal with clients. In the marketing field, she has experience working as a marketing manager and some marketing executive role and she knows she has the capabilities of building a relationship or a partnership with the client.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She was not in the sales team, but she has worked with sales team when she was in XXXX. They were selling certification services like BIM certifications, digital solutions, and facility management to construction sectors. They were selling these services to Gammon Construction, which is a construction company in Hong Kong and to many consultants like HKIE, which is the Hong Kong Institute of Engineering, which is their partner for almost five years. She was working with it not long ago, not more than one year since she only left XXXX since February of this year, and she has worked there for four to five years.
