Her background is more apples driven since she is working on Apple retail and specializes in SMB role and moved to JOS which is also an apple authorized reseller and her job is like arranging events, open enterprises with Cathay Pacific and HSBC and provided iPad solutions to them and have application requirements and their pre-sales team will nail them down with their scope of worker.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Her personality is quite jolly, and she will keep tracing on how to make things better and she found that product development, on the technical side she is more on the marketing and business development side. She can also read HTML and can also use Jira tickets and do details requirements.
- One of her most success story in Marketing the project she had done is to revamp an application the time was HK Broadband was on the verge of business growth but the back-end support was quite raw and she shift the enquiries call and traffic to direct the current customer to the current platform so they can assess everything on the app and when she took over the project the usage was very bad and less than 5% percent was only using the platform and they need to understand why the customers are not using it, so they did a survey to understand why a lot of customers are not using the app (if they are facing any challenges in the platform) and they found out that they need to do more marketing and encourage people to use the app.
After with JOS she moved to HK Broadband and everything turned around during that time and after that she then had a new career journey and moved to marketing and product development role and carry out the revamp project on websites and applications and did wireframe and end-to-end UAT and collect different specific business requirement and she is enjoying her development stage and she found it important in her career and she made up her mind to focus on her career development. |
