1.Currently, he is working as a system and network engineer, and he also does desktop support. He has experience in the XXX and IT industry. He began his career in XXX as a network support L1 and do the basic fundamentals of networking. After two years, he was offered a job in XXX as a desktop support in a company called XXX. Then XXX was having a man people work. They sent him to the client location. They wanted him to work on XXX and he used to do the support system. He worked there for +2 years, and after that he got another opportunity called XXX, a XXX company. He worked there with the company's client base XXX and network ATUS. He worked there for nearly 2 years and mainly worked on desktop support and also network support. Coming to desktop they control all the system and they are the only 2 that are handling in the XXX. So they support nearly 800 local users. They also support remote locations like the XXX. On the support side, they support everything from configuration to software.
2,He has strong experience in XXX and in IT Support. He is expert in configuration of routers, switches, firewall,vlan, etc. He is good in customer communication and troubleshooting as well
3. In his Current Job they are managing some Data Centre, They install computer servers, networking devices, storage devices, cables, and other data center equipment into industrial cabinets. Also do configuration of network devices and some multi layer networks.
4.During pandemic, He submitted a CV online and got a call then he change a company itself that based in XXX, he had been told that they had a project in XXX, so he migrated to XXX. With the same roles, like system and network support. They also support some clients in data centers. In data centers, if the client has problems or needs to implement something, they will take care of everything from the configuration of firewalls, servers, switches, and some connectivity that they need.
