1.) He is a Tier 1 NOC Network Engineer and focuses on IP Engineering. He does company transmission, network monitoring, troubleshooting, and ticket management in Chai wan. He also supports IPLC and IEPL networks. Also, keep in touch with customers and vendors for any problems and troubleshoots. He also monitors circuits and loopback testing.
2.) He has solid troubleshooting skills and can also handle some circuits. He also has team-building skills and can communicate effectively with consumers and vendors.
3.)He has knowledge of Cisco network equipment with IOS and IOS-XR operation systems, also a MPLS VPN operation, and monitors and executes the daily operational activities needed to manage IT services and the supporting IT infrastructure.
