1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He’s been in the industry for both telecommunications and ICT for more than 10 years. He worked with difference products like mobile telecommunications particularly in the telco industries. He is handling base stations before, antennas, and currently he is more focus on the networking mostly for the IP networks and products. He’s been deploying firewall switches and wireless access points and some of the related activities for the IP networking.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   Strongest with regards to the wireless networks and been doing it for about 8 years. He also rates himself for wireless engineering as 4 out of 5. In ST engineering he is more engage in wireless engineering and at that time, they been doing a radio frequency planning and doing a TETRA network there. The part of the scope is the wireless design which involves the frequency planning for the MRT station in SG. In addition, he’s also task to do indoor distributed antenna design and task to design how they can propagate the signal around the building, and it involves a lot of planning and calculations behind it. He also has an experience in WIFI networks which is also a wireless networking. In Sg Expo, they have done the tech refresh and deployed a total of 300 wireless access points to provide a quality signal in the venue.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He has an experience in facing customers in the fields and he actually doing that for most of his experience in the industry. He has an experience in NOC and do on-site installations. Currently he is between in level 2 and level 3 when it comes to his knowledge in troubleshooting. He attended difference trainings for Huawei and certified in Juniper, he is also planning to get certifications in Huawei and Cisco for CCNA and CCNP.
