1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as a network engineer for more than 3 years now in his current company. He said that he have an extensive experience in the networking and troubleshooting for the SMS protocol. The current job he is doing is to maintain the operation of the project for the SMS and help with the migration of the old SMS to new SMS platforms. For his daily routine, he do the troubleshooting for its clients if they encounter issues or problems sending SMS and do the provisioning of the users to open an account. He is also handling the ticketing as well as the patching for the vendors with regards to the SMS platforms.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   He said that he is good when it comes to troubleshooting and good in solving the problems in the network and bugs according to the step-by-step process they have.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He have more than 3 years of experience working as a network engineer. He also have an experience with the different routing protocols such as the TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and SMPP. With experience as well in Firewall configuration and management.
