- Currently she is working in XXX as Enterprise Account Director. They mainly serve clients that are multinational company. She is looking up after channel sales, so part of her responsibility is to work closely with the channel partners to establish the joint solution architecture, the joint capability to ensure they are achieving the main goal and driving sales for both sides.
- She had an experience in telecommunication industry. She worked in XXX where she started as a graduate trainee to Sales Specialist mainly focusing on network and security sales. She does not have the experience in selling mobile devices, but she had an experience in XXX, selling computer hardware that she thinks it is pretty similar with her experience. Because smart phone devices are considered a hardware too and she knows the different on the sales cycles and how things work.
- She’s strong in complex sales she rates herself 4 out 5 because she acquired a lot of experience in doing complex sales because when she was in XXX, she manages a deal of 1M all the way to 5M, the most complex sales that she ever done was managing a deal of 26M in a financial service company.
- She is a hunter. She has 2 strategy in finding new prospects first 80% is maximizing social media specially LinkedIn she sends connection request to her prospect and start a conversation with them once they accept the request and the 20% is that expanding her existing networks, so she will look for her existing network that she builds a good relationship in her previous experience.
