- Working for the past 16 years mostly in the IT industry her current position right now is NOC operation manager she been in that position for the past 2 years but before that at the same company of XXX, She is part of network operation center engineers for almost 12 years, she became a technical of the senior network engineers before prior to the position of NOC manager. Aside from managing the team with 20 NOC engineers She handles the escalations, troubleshooting, discussions with the vendors if they have some projects to implement that need a assistance from a third-party vendor like Riverbed and different wireless infrastructure. They are also supporting the global network of XXX also and handles the remote access for users in different countries in able to work from home.
- Working as a network engineer is a given specialty, but working under pressure is one of her best talents at the moment, because of the pressure that she is under at work. She can properly work under pressure and make the right decision. She is the type of person that working under pressure makes her more creative and can motivate her.
