1.) He is a Tier 1 NOC Engineer and handles the ticket fax and performs fault isolation and troubleshooting. He also need to update the customers time to time and answers if there is a questions and problem. He also has a familiarity with a wide range of monitoring systems especially In security. And does a remote network operation.
2.He has solid skills in technical support, especially in fiber-optics, and has a strong basis for offering technical solutions and being aware of customer technical requirements. He can also handle tier 2 jobs even though he is only a tier 1. He can reroute the switches and also perform ad-hoc restoration.
3.) He has knowledge of Juniper, Cisco, etc. and have experience in network equipment.
