   Have been working in the industry for about 19 years now. He has about 2 years of startup experience as well. He is currently working with XXXX as an Associate Director of FinTech & Innovation and before that, was a Digital Product Owner for XXXX where he redesigned the whole customer journey and also has worked with the operation team to handle the offline case. He also was a Product Manager for a XXXX before where he built their platform from zero to one. Aside from these relevant product positions, most of his background is with BA/PM roles.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be innovation since he has been working in an innovation arm at the moment. He is good with technology innovation and combining these innovations to business cases and product implementation.
