1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been in the IT Industry for about 20 years and started off as a software developer/engineer and later on switched to software architect managing business lines. For the last 9 years, he has been in the blockchain industry and started off with XXXX as the Head of Application Development where he oversees the whole development teams of about 70 engineers in multicultural environments. After that, moved to XXXX as a Blockchain Subject Matter Expert and Senior Manager where he mainly provided blockhain solutions to different institutions and after this company, he co-founded XXXX where he was also the Technical Architect for them; they implemented here solutions to facilitate the streamline of their processes. Then pandemic happened and the beginning of 2023, he worked with some of his friends and formed a team doing some blockchain projects and helping companies to do few projects such as the NFT marketplace, equity kind of exchange platform, and game files project as well. For the last 8 years, he has been implementing and managing quite a lot of projects in the Web3 such as DeFi, Game, NFT, and all. Before being involved in the blockchain industry, he started off as software engineer and software architect

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his knowledge with blockchain and Web3. Also, since he has about 20+ years of experience already in the IT industry, he has mastered his management skills and technical skills as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and has worked/co-founded startups in the Web3 sector especially XXXX where he is also the technical architect. Has experience handling digital Web3 products during his time currently as a blockchain freelancer and XXXX. Also has handled a team of engineers with a size of 100+ members so good with project and team management as well. Has interest and keen with the art space since he has lots of experience with blockchain, DeFi, tokenomics, NFT, etc. Has worked with some Web3 companies such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.
