1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in Hong Kong since 2007 and prior to that, living in the US and also studied there. He has always done lots of IT works including quality assurance, project management, business analyst, etc. from his entire career. Has worked mostly for bigger companies doing projects in variety of different banking then last 2017, he came into the crypto space and started off with just passion in trading. After that, he realized that he should probably move his career into it and had the opportunity to work in a web3 opening for a company called XXXX. He also was the Founder/CEO of XXXX until now which they deploy YouTube videos to the public and also doing part time as a Media Manager for XXXX. Was BD manager for XXXX where he generated 30+ leads for them, co-founded XXXX, a defi gaming company, and then was CEO for several more companies such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Aside from XXXXand XXXX, he Is also currently the Regional Director for XXXX currently.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be business development, fundraising, financial modelling and strategies, and also the typical things/stuff that start up CEOs do.  Also have lots of connections and since he is mostly in start-up C level, competency skills is good.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has lots of experience in web3 start-ups for the past 7+ years and has 7-8 years in product management especially in the web3 industry. He is also good with handling/managing digital products and also can translate business requirements to technical team (vice versa). Has 5+ years of experience in web3 companies, 3+ years of experience in start-ups, and also have lots of founder/co-founder experience with several companies.
