1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as a Channel Manager for XXXX where he’s responsible for looking after channels to distribute insurance products to their users. His area is mainly on digital affinities such as online aggregators and digital platforms on banks and channels. He also worked for XXXX where he was involved in creating brand awareness by creating strategic partnerships with different big brands and basically to sell one of their flagship products. Before this, he was the head of business development for XXXX where he managed a team of 30+ and oversee the group of four area sales manager. Before this, he was mostly a Business Development Manager and has an experience as a Project Manager as well for XXXX wherein he was a liaison with boarding schools in the UK, sign contract with them to offer commercial times when sending a student overseas from Hong Kong to UK.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his high adaptability skills, he is able to adjust for a particular service and products through application of technologies. He also has worked for different industries which he successfully have adjusted in during his time there. He is also strong with selling through a digital environment since he has been doing this for the past few years.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Although not having the exact title, he’s been doing project/product management for about 8 years now and has relation to CLP since they are one of their clients in XXXX. He is also knowledgeable with cloud services such as AWS and Azure, he has used both but he is more familiar with AWS. Also has delivered SaaS before, latest one was with XXXX where they did a platform that can be embedded into different products and the one with XXXX is an outpatient membership program which is an application to receive discounts, track of your medical records, and such.
