1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been a software-based guy but knows management, manufacturing, and hardware side as well. He is currently the Chief Engineer for XXXX where he is acting as a CTO and do LED lighting to sell to their customers. He has also made AI before using Python and has put it into the Google Cloud Platform. Before this, he was a Software Manager for XXXX where he was mostly the assistant of their PM and has done lots of projects with them. His main job here is also to manage the software team and do lots of technical stuff. He was also a System Architect for XXXX before where he was involved with their innovation, was also a Senior Software Engineer at XXXX where he did lots of software design and development. He started off as a Supervisor of RD at XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be more on the software side and has been doing this since the start of his career. In the hardware side, he is also confident in reading/working with schematics layout and hardware datasheets.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 20+ years of overall experience in the industry. Not really expert on FPGA but he’s strongest with IPs and software-based stuff. Good with test equipment and technical data analysis; has done lots of it before. Has knowledge as well in schematics, board layouts, and hardware sheets; can understand and follow it but in designing, not much. Familiar with both analog and digital circuit. He’s more comfortable working with LEDs rather than LCDs but would love to learn more. He is interested to try the Electronics Engineer role if it’s more on the software side.
