1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently a COO for XXXX which is a web3 company which is focused on building up partnership and operations for the team such as Nintendo, etc. He also oversees B2B web3 gaming ecosystem for this company. Before this, for the last three to four years, he was focused on the venture of being investor for several different companies such as XXXX, XXXX. Also has lots of experiences as a VP for XXXX, VP of Marketing for XXXX and was more of a Senior Manager, Business Dev during the early years of his career. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be stakeholder management; dealing with wide range of parties whether it’s C-level executives or people from different business units, he can translate from different functional basis from small to large organizations. He is also good with building up relationships across sort of startup ecosystems.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has an adjacent experience when it comes to product management but he is aware of different product life cycles and has take ownership of some products in the engineering and marketing side. Has been in web3 space for the last 3-4 years and has lots of experience in startups/small companies.
