1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Have been in Hong Kong for over 30 years now and has focused mostly on software development and development processes such as project management, system analyst, some programming, and such. He was a Development Analyst Consultant before for different companies/clients including XXXX where he joined as a system analyst consultant in bridging their business and technology; he was later on moved into their senior project management and for a time, was effectively running their whole company. Later on, joined XXXX as a Chief Technical Officer (Director) where he was brought onboard to work with Bitcoin and blockchain. Since then, he has been developing his own project/program which is a time monitoring program.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would mostly be his understanding of the whole development process and seem to be quite good at building systems for startups from laying down the foundations, deployment process, monitoring and building the teams, and such.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has good experience on the technical side and has been managing/leading and building a team for quite a while now. Good with blockchain stuff and is also doing hands-on programming/coding. He also has been involved in the Hong Kong government, even has friends there that were very curious about blockchain and they requested him to do a 2-hour presentation in front of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong to teach them blockchain. He is also a team manager and have been doing people management since then.
