1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has about 25+ years of experience in the executive and managerial positions in banking, financing, and education management. He was introduced to Crypto/Blockchain Technology last 2017 when he was asked to be the Interim CEO of two companies: XXXX & XXXX. He was also the Co-Founder & Head of Asset Digitalization & Defi for XXXX last 2022. He is very much interested in the position because he is aiming to have actual experience for a doctorate paper that he is doing, also wants to prove the profitability of running an NFT Web3 into art marketplace.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill and three expertise would be banking and finance, crypto/blockchain market and also educational management since he believes that education is the best channel marketing or community marketing for lots of different trends of market development in startups. His expertise in educational management is on educating/lecturing and also giving quality assurance to it.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   He has worked on start-ups in the Web3 sector mostly during his time as the Interim CEO of XXXX and XXXX. Has experience in handling/managing digital Web3 products such as DeFi, NFT, etc. Can easily convert technical terms to layman terms and can translate business requirements to technical team as well.
